On January 16th between 18:28 UTC to 19:52 UTC we've experienced connectivity issues that affected both our UI and API services. In particular, scheduling jobs were affected and in some cases weren't executed.
We've identified the root cause, and deployed an automatic process that fixed any backlog of unhandled requests. As for now, we don't anticipate any further issues and the system is fully operational. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any uncertainty.
